10 Reasons why you are SINGLE up to now

You are over 18 years old and past the legal dating age according to Kenyan constitution. However you are still single, probably searching for someone who you can mingle with. The society seems to have imposed upon our minds that there is a certain age where we are supposed to be independent in life, and if not married, be in a serious relationship that could lead to marriage. For men, biology favors them as it is very possible for a man past the age of 45 to procreate but for the ladies at this age, menopause is vigorously knocking and this could mean being unable to procreate. Generally, in our African society, a lady past the age of 30 years old and a man past the age of 40 years old and still single is considered a little bit late in the dating life.
So from my independent observation, experience and interactions with people, I managed to come up with 10 major and good reasons why you might be single up to now, regardless of your age. Read on.

Why I love Kenya as MY COUNTRY!

I am proud as a Kenyan. Why? Kenya is a third world country that happens to be one of the most wonderful and magical tourist destinations in the world. Kenya exudes such an awesome attraction to the rest of the world and it is not a wonder that there are so many tourist destinations in Kenya that are known all over the world, besides Kenya attracting numerous foreign investors. Kenya also enjoys a rapidly growing economy compared to her neighboring countries and has become such a good trading partner to the neighboring countries besides offering land-based delivery services to the land locked countries e.g. Uganda.

I love Kenya as my country, and I believe that with proper management and good governance of this nation, Kenya is able to become one of the richest countries in the world, if not in Africa. What makes Kenya wonderful?

The MODERN Breed of Women: Be informed.

At times, expressing my own opinion goes a long way to talking about a few things that I have experienced, come across, observed and learned all the same. I have to admit that I love the modern woman with all her independence, thrill for life, learned, cozy, and a bit masculine than most men around. Women empowerment is at the front line for empowering African in general and Kenya in particular. Women make up most of the population that is living below poverty level, and in most places women are still marginalized and viewed of lesser importance than men. Some people even don’t bother educating women: this is wrong and availability of education and other social amenities should be equally distributed amongst all members of the society.

OFFICE ROMANCE: Be smart and informed (Part Two)

Anthony was doing a software installation on one of the newly acquired IPads in their office which were to be used in some presentations by the sales manager during a strategic planning meeting scheduled on the Friday of that week when suddenly Annabel burst into his office wearing a charming smile. The aroma of her perfume filled the room and judging by the way Anthony looked at her, romance was in the air. Annabel seductively leaned forward and Anthony understood this as a sign that she wanted a quick kiss.
They passionately kissed long and slow while caressing each other’s necks and the world to them temporarily came to a standstill. Suddenly, Annabel touched Anthony’s chest with her right hand while her left hand pressed his neck tenderly but firmly, this drastic move made Anthony to momentarily disconnect with the rest of the world and his office consciousness was regained only when the IPad he was holding crashed to the ground with an astounding bang sending the delicate IPad’s broken pieces of its screen scattering on the tiled floor.
All along, they were oblivious of the fact that the General Manager was watching this in his computer via the company’s CCTV which had recently been installed in all offices…..To be continued.

8 FACTS about the intrigues of KENYAN POLITICAL games

Kenyan politics have a way of mesmerizing someone until you just desire more out of the game regardless of whether you are political or not. Kenyan politicians have mastered ways of hooking up the modern Kenyan society with their political games where the most active and diligent players gets rewarded with a post in one of the highly desired public offices in Kenya, whether to sail into everlasting prosperity and wealth or to enhance the lives of Kenyans who appointed them into those post in the hopes that they will make a difference and enhance the general lives of citizens through enhancing the status of the society as per their solemn promises once they attain those positions.

But politics in Kenya is a game where victory is determined by myriad of factors which may work in favor of a politician or general public, or may just lead to woes and misery if the victors are people who do not deserve the hard earned victory. So what am I talking about here? Is Kenyan politics a real entertaining game? What is involved? Can the rules of the game work for or against us? KENYA INSECURITY: The Gathering Storm!

There is a furious storm gathering in Kenyan soil which we as Kenyan Citizens have the power and the capability to avert an imminent disaster or simply sit and wait for the gathering storm to come upon Kenyan society and unleash its fury upon our nation with an everlasting devastating effect, that storm is none other than the rising insecurity in almost all corners of Kenya and each day the magnitude of this menace is increasing like a dark cloud over the eastern horizon waiting to burst forth with a torrent of rain only that this time it will not rain water drops but drops of tears and blood until the Kenyan soil will end up being soaked by the floods of tears and blood that will be shed by the once peaceful Kenyans.

THE FOLLY OF MODERN CHRISTIANITY

My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. “Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; because you have ignored the law of your God, I also will ignore your children.” This was God speaking to the people of Israel through Hosea. But were I in a position to communicate with the modern Christians, I would say the same or even worse, since modern Christianity is full of folly and confusion reigns in all its ranks even someone who does not know much about Christianity would easily conclude that something is seriously wrong with this religion and there is a need for serious reforms if the so called Christians are to continue being true Christians.
Let us consider some of the reasons why I feel that Christianity as a religion has gone astray and majority who think they are Christians are doomed and living an extremely deluded life.
